This is a translation for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version applies.
K-POP 3·4·5 Generation (the "Site") has no sign-up or login. We do not ask for information that identifies visitors, such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses. However, some information may be generated automatically while running the Site, written by visitors on the board, or passed to outside services, as described below.
1. Information recorded automatically
- Server access logs
- For every page request, the web server records the IP address, time, requested address, referring page, and browser type. These logs are used only to troubleshoot problems and block abusive access, and are deleted automatically after 14 days.
- Click statistics
- For the Stats page, we store only daily totals of clicks on groups, members, and videos. We do not store who clicked. To keep the same person from skewing the rankings with repeated clicks, the IP address and clicked item are kept in server memory for 60 seconds and then discarded. These values are never written to files or databases.
- Visitor statistics
- For the visitor breakdown on the Stats page, we store only daily totals of page views by country, site language, device type (mobile, desktop, tablet), referring site (such as a search engine), and page. The country is determined by looking up the IP address in the DB-IP country database kept on our server; the IP address itself is not stored or sent anywhere. To count each person only once per day, we keep an irreversible value made by mixing the IP address, browser information, date, and a secret, for 2 days only, and then delete it. No cookies are used.
2. Information you write on the board
- What we store
- Type, visibility (public/private), group/member, YouTube URL, source link, message, processing result, and reply. The password used to delete a post is stored as an irreversible hash.
- IP address
- To prevent spam, we store an irreversible hash of the IP address and delete it after 2 days. The IP address itself is not stored.
- Visibility
- When writing a post you choose public or private. Public posts are visible on the board as soon as they are submitted and remain there with the reply after processing. For private posts, the list shows only the group, type, and status; the content and reply can be seen only by someone with the password. Posts containing ads, abuse, or personal information are not shown and their contents are deleted during processing. You can delete your post at any time with your password, and its contents are erased immediately. Please do not write personal information in public posts.
3. Cookies
The Site itself does not use cookies or browser storage. The outside services and ads below may use cookies under their own policies. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the Site will still work.
4. Outside services
Fonts and photos are served directly from our server. On video sections, however, thumbnail images are loaded from YouTube, and clicking a video takes you to YouTube. YouTube may receive your IP address and browser information, which is handled under the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Advertising
The Site may show Google AdSense ads to cover running costs. If ads are shown:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising in Google My Ad Center, and opt out of other third-party vendors' personalized ads at aboutads.info.

6. Sharing and outsourcing
We do not sell or provide the information in sections 1 and 2 to others, except in response to a lawful request from investigative authorities under the law. Reviewing board posts and writing replies is outsourced as follows.
- Recipient: Anthropic PBC (United States), AI service Claude
- Information sent: The post's type, message, source link, and video information checked by the Site. Passwords and IP addresses are not sent.
- When and how: Posts waiting for processing are sent every 6 hours over encrypted connections.
- Purpose and retention: Used only to check whether a post meets our rules and to write a reply, and handled under Anthropic's policies. Nothing is sent if you do not post on the board.
7. Children under 14
The Site does not ask for personal information such as names or contact details and does not separately collect personal information from children under 14.
8. Your rights and contact
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information. Since the Site does not store information that identifies visitors, access logs are deleted after 14 days and board IP hashes after 2 days, and you can delete your board posts yourself with your password.
